Shipping and Delivery
We process orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays and after business hours are processed on the next business day.
Our shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can track your package using the tracking number to get realtime shipping status and an estimated delivery date.
If you created an account during checkout; log into your account and select Orders menu, choose the order you want to track and click the track button to access order shipping information.
If you do not have an account; visit Track Order page and enter the info in your shipping confirmation email to access order shipping information.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for carrier shipment delays due to causes beyond our control. And deliveries to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses can take up to 30 calendar days.
To ensure your package arrives safely, you may need to sign for it at the time of delivery. A signature confirmation can prevent your shipment from being lost or stolen.
Also note, the free shipping offer is only available to the United States 48 contiguous states on orders over $50, it is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.
